Frymaster QuickFilter programming is essential for optimizing its performance and ensuring consistent results in a commercial kitchen. It allows you to customize settings and cycles to fit your frying needs. Below we will walk you through the steps and ensure that you will know how to set up a product easily. 

Frymaster FilterQuick Fryer Programming: Single-Temperature Product

  • Step 1. Hold checkmark button – Press and hold the checkmark button until the controller displays “PRODUCT SETUP”.
  • Step 2. Confirm selection - Press the checkmark button again to confirm and continue.
  • Step 3. Enter code - Enter 1-6-5-0 when the controller displays “ENTER CODE”.
  • Step 4. Select product - Press the product button you want to program when the controller displays “SELECT PRODUCT”.
  • Step 5. Spell product name - Spell out the product’s name with the upper row of buttons, using the down arrow button to choose different letters and the “1” to delete letters.
  • Step 6. Confirm name - Press the right arrow button under “LONG NAME” to confirm the name.
  • Step 7. Repeat process - Repeat steps 5 & 6 for the abbreviated version of the product's name.
  • Step 8. Press right arrow - When the controller displays “COOKING MODE” and “SINGLE SETPOINT”, press the right arrow button. 
  • Step 9. Enter cook time - Using the numbered buttons, enter the desired cook time in minutes/seconds. Press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 10. Enter sensitivity - Using the numbered buttons, enter the product sensitivity. Press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 11. Enter time cook - Using the numbered buttons, enter a time in the cook cycle for the alarm to sound. Press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 12. Select stir or shake - Press the up or down arrow button to select stir or shake. Press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 13. Select auto or manual - Press the up or down arrow button to select either auto or manual. Press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 14. Choose alarm tone - Use the up or down arrow buttons to choose the alarm tone, then press the right arrow button to confirm. It is optional to use the buttons again to choose a second alarm time if necessary. 
  • Step 15. Enter cook cycle number - Use the numbered buttons to enter the desired number of cook cycles, then press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 16. Choose instant on heat time - Use the 0-5 numbered buttons to choose the instant on heat time, then press the right arrow button to confirm. 
  • Step 17. Enter hold time - Use the numbered buttons to enter the hold time in minutes, then press the right arrow button to confirm.
  • Step 18. Finish process - Press the checkmark button to finish the programming process.
