Shipping Policy

Parts Town is proud to offer special flat rate shipping across Canada!
C$24 estimated delivery within 3-5 business days for most of Canada
C$49 estimated delivery within 1-2 business days for most of Canada

Our flat rate shipping program includes shipping costs, duties, and brokerage! However, taxes are still charged, and depending on your location, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be invoiced on your order as applicable.

This program does not apply to items which cannot be shipped Purolator or UPS parcel. Less-than-truckload (LTL) and freight shipments will have different terms based on current shipping rates.

Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, or special handling.

Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, customer must file claim with the carrier.
