Its line of dishwashers are durable and quickly clean large amounts of soiled plates, glasses and more. Whenever a small issue pops up, both 201 and 301 HT/LT undercounter units display codes to alert you of a potential problem. This guide breaks down Moyer Diebel dishwasher error codes, so you can resolve the issue promptly.

Wash & Rinse Display Error Codes

On M4 Series Undercounter Dishwashers, the following error codes appear on the WASH TEMP and RINSE TEMP display screens:

  • Lo – If the code appears in the WASH TEMP display, this means the wash temperature has fallen below 100 degrees Fahrenheit. If it appears in the RINSE TEMP display, the rinse temperature has dipped below 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • HHH – If this displays on the WASH TEMP screen, this means the wash temperature is above 180 degrees Fahrenheit. If it displays in the RINSE TEMP screen, the rinse temperature has dipped above 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • dry – This code displays if the water or boost tank is empty and the tank heater is on. The water tank error appears on the WASH TEMP display while the booster error appears on the RINSE TEMP display.
  • E – This means there is a faulty wash or rinse thermistor, or the wire between the thermistor and board is open, broken or loose at the connection point. The wash thermistor error displays on the WASH TEMP screen while the rinse thermistor error displays on the RINSE TEMP screen. These will need to be resolved by an authorized technician.

Booster & Final Rinse Thermistor Error Codes

On M4 Series Undercounter Dishwashers, the following error codes appear on the RINSE TEMP display screen:

  • b h – The code displays if there is a booster overtemp lockout occurs. This happens if the booster temperature is more than 210 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • b E – This means the booster thermistor is faulty or disconnected. It also could be a result of broken wiring. These will need to be resolved by an authorized technician.
  • b E E – The error displays if both the booster and final rinse display thermistors are broken or unplugged. This also could be due to open or broken wires between the display and thermistor. These will need to be resolved by an authorized technician.
