Duke Holding Cabinet Fault Indications

Operators shouldn’t troubleshoot equipment issues on their own. Instead, they should first check the unit’s power cord, switches and circuit breakers to see if the issue is power-related. If it isn’t, operators should then call an authorized technician to service the unit. 

HI: Over-Temperature Fault

This error code indicates that the shelf temperature has been higher than the factory preset for more than 30 minutes.

  • Power is still flowing to the heating element after the shelf has reached the preset temperature - Schedule an appointment with a licensed technician to remedy the issue.

LO: Under-Temperature Fault

The keypad displays this error code when the shelf temperature has been lower than the manufacturer preset for over 30 minutes.

  • Heating element circuit is open or the RTD Feedback signal is faulty - Contact an authorized technician for service.

SENS: Sensor Fault

This error code indicates that there is an issue with the sensor.

  • Various causes - Call an authorized technician to remedy the issue.
