Common Questions and Answers

How can I track my orders for Accurex parts more easily?

Check the status of your order quickly and simply by going to our Track My Order page and entering your Parts Town order number or your company’s purchase order (PO) number and your zip code. We provide same-day shipping on in-stock real OEM Accurex parts until 9 PM ET Monday-Friday, assuring you’ll get your shipment without delay.

What are the advantages of using OEM Accurex replacement parts vs. aftermarket?

Using Accurex over generic means that they are made to specifically fit your equipment, so you don't have to worry about wrong fits and returns. OEM remain reliable and can integrate with existing systems for the right fit every time. Shop with Parts Town when you want to stock up on real OEM parts to ensure equipment can stay functional. What is SEER?

SEER stands for “Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio,” and it’s a measurement used to determine an HVAC unit’s energy efficiency. A unit, like an Air conditioner, with a higher SEER rating uses less energy during operation, thus making it more energy-efficient. The rating scale ranges from 8-21+, with a standard rating range being between 13-16.

What are the best practices for maintaining Accurex equipment to minimize downtime?

There are many ways you can keep your Accurex equipment well-maintained in order to minimize any downtime. First, regular cleanings are a must. Whether it's daily, weekly, or monthly, you should always follow an OEM-recommended cleaning schedule. Next, it's vital to regularly check parts and components that wear faster than others-such as gaskets and o-rings-in order to replace them before any related problems arise. You should also train staff on how to properly operate the equipment to avoid any risk of damage. Finally, having your unit inspected by an Authorized service technician will catch any potential issues before they become big problems.
