How Many Servings are in a Full Size Hotel Pan?

The typical 21' x 13' pan that's about 3 inches deep can hold about 10 quarts of food. This equals out to roughly 57 6 ounce servings. If you need more servings out of this pan, lessen the amount served by a few ounes and you should have plenty. If not, you can always use a second pan.

Do Hotel Pans Stack?

Yes! Hotel pans are great to stack away easily once you're done with them for the evening. These are made to fit a variety of steam tables and prep coolers so they're very versitile and easy to set aside without taking up too much room.
