This guide is to help users understand fault messages and diagnose a potential issue. If you’re only tasked with operating the combi oven, please contact an authorized service technician to resolve any of the following issues or identify additional problems.

Fault Message: Water Pressure Low

  • Error number – 710

  • Possible cause No. 2 – An infrequent fault message appears because too many appliances could be using water at the same time.

Fault Message: Vapor Sensor Defective

  • Error number – 710
  • Possible cause – The vapour sensor is inoperative. When this component is not working, steam elimination is controlled by the oven’s software, causing higher water consumption.

Fault Message: No Water in Waste Trap / the Siphon

  • Error number – 710
  • Possible cause – There might not be enough water in the waste trap or siphon. Water will need to be added into the cooking zone.

Fault Message: Unit Restarted After a Power Failure

  • Possible cause – In some cases, this message can appear due to an operating error (i.e. machine is accidentally switched on and off while cooking).

Fault Message: WaveClean Cancelled

  • Error number – 710
  • Possible cause – Message appears after you tap the “STOP” button. This cancels the automatic cleaning procedure. You will be prompted to remove the cleaning cartridge. Follow the “Ending Automatic Cleaning” procedure in your operation’s manual.
