  • Water flow to cabinet water coil and bath is restricted - Check to see if the hose is kinked.

Dispense Nozzle Dripping Or Won’t Stop Dispensing

  • O-ring on dispense nozzle no longer vacuum-sealed due to buildup of juice residue - Using a soft bristle brush and mild detergent, clean the:
    • Dispense nozzle
    • O-ring
    • Dispense valve area
  • Membrane switch models - Contact a service technician to check the dispense switches.
  • Mechanical switch models: juice residue on switches - First, clean the switches. If cleaning the switches does not resolve the issue, contact an authorized technician to replace the switches.

Dispense Stations Not Dispensing Juice (Refrigeration Issue)

  • Compressor switch not turned “ON” -
    • First, make sure the switch is turned “ON.”
    • If turned “ON” but the issue persists, contact a service technician.
  • Condenser filter or fins are dirty - Clean the filter and fins, following the directions in your operator’s manual.
  • Condenser fan motor is not running - Contact an authorized technician to remedy the issue.

  • Bath tank frozen - If the bath tank is frozen:
    • Contact a technician to replace the compressor relay.
    • Call a technician to check for a kinked flex line.
  • Inlet water valve failure - Contact a technician to check the voltage.

Single Dispense Station Serves Unmixed Concentrate Only

Leaking Water Is Filling Drip Tray Or Dispense Deck Area

  • Initial fill and setup - Some water may leak out and fill the drip tray during the initial ice block formation.
  • Dispense deck components are defective - Contact a technician to inspect dispense deck components.
  • Water pressure exceeds 100 psi - Call a local service technician to Install a water pressure regulator and reduce pressure to 50 psi.

Water Leaking Beneath Machine

  • Bath tank overflowing - Check the internal water and plumbing connections.
  • Condensation from cabinet cooling coil - Make sure that the condensation tube is connected to the water bath.

Erratic Spray During Dispense

  • Missing or broken dispense nozzle mixer - Replace the dispense nozzle mixer.

  • Water pressure is too low - Make sure that:
    • The water pressure is 20 psi or higher
    • The water flow rate is a minimum of 3 fl oz/sec.
  • Water pressure is too high - If the water pressure is greater than 100 psi, contact an authorized technician to install a regulator.
  • Dispense valve settings are not optimal - Schedule a service appointment with a technician to:
    • Test the water dispense valves
    • Adjust the water to proper mix ratio
  • Brix ratio is not optimal - Check the proper brix ratio of each product using the Total Dispense Method or the Refractometer Method.
  • Pump tubing is not optimized - Contact a technician to check tubing and pump rotor / rollers.
  • A portable water pump is not functioning properly - If you are using a portable water pump, be sure to use a pump that meets the pressure and flow rate requirements. If it does not, use a different pump.
